Ah, today was excrusiating!! Without getting in to too much detail (because I am totally embarassed) I had to complete a 20 mile ride around Haines Point. It's six laps around this VERY LARGE park surrounded by the water. One half of the lap is cool, you can pick up a ton of speed. On the other side (ie the other half) you are pushing through a very hard wind. And I do mean very hard. I had to do this in 2 hours. I completed it in 1 hour and 54 minutes. I think I left half of my spleen, my liver, and a thigh out on that course....but who cares? I freakin gave every single bit of effort that I could possibly give, and that was the best I could do??? ::sigh:: It's depressing....

Tomorrow all I have to do is ride from the U.S. Capitol to Bowling Air Force base (yes that is a very very VERY long ride)...and come within 1 minute of the last person in the top of the pack. ((hahaha))

City and I were finally able to have sex for the first time in a little over 3 weeks a few nights ago. Trust me...it was really hard to transition from having sex damn near at least twice a day to none at all. Talk about good.......

Well, I've gotta go study for the written-exam for this class.
