Minus all of my "vomiting" it was actually an ok time. I didn't do much but sleep, as narcolepsy has crept up on me yet again.
But we own a very bad doggie!!! You know, he is 93lbs...and very playful (as all dogs are). And he gets excited when he even 'thinks' someone is walking towards his leash. So at about 2am on Saturday (ahem that's Friday night to me) the dog is like whimpering/crying on the floor.
So I elbow, kneee, shake, tug at Mike and tell him he needs to take the dog out. He grumbles "yeah I'll get it in 5 minutes". Then the dog is half jumping and turning on the bed. This is a FULL SIZE bed, so there is hardly room for me, this belly, and Mike....so with a 93lb dog...it wasn't fun. So I get up, slap my new LL Bean clogs on..and waddle out to take the dog out. He's super excited. And what do super excited dogs do? They jump.
One goes running towards the door, then turns and comes running full speed back to me and jumps up, and hits my stomach. I could have smacked him, but I usually don't care when One jumps on me....how is the dog supposed to know NOT to do it while I'm pregnant? I think he knew he hurt me, because he started whimpering and started rubbing his head on my knees. Didn't deter the dog, he still wanted out.
So the next day, while Mike and I are out shopping at this Antique Mall we always go to (I always get my mom these decorative cows...they crack me up, and my mom thinks they are cute) I start having MAJOR contractions. I literally started crying. It hurt sooo bad.
So I dunno if it has anything to do with the dog jumping on me (it probably does) or what, but I've been having them very regularly and very often.
So this little baby might be coming early (hope not, because I want to at least bake this bun for 37 weeks...not 31).
But I've gotta go, I did hardly NO work last week, and I've gotta catch up....while having this contractions and all.
