Everyonce in a while, I will go online and just print out recipes that sound delish, without having weird ingredients like....I dunno....fois gras (thank you Top Chef for introuding me to this wonderful invention). So this week I printed a lot of stuff and went grocery shopping.
Monday night I made Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy (minus the sour cream, because I forgot to get it). And then I made these Mexican Corn Cakes and Green Beans as a side. It was sooooooooo soooooooo good. I typically eat first, and suspiciously eye Mike to see if he enjoys it. He was gobbling down, but didn't say a word. As he was munching on his last bite, he says to me So do you want sex now or later for that bomb ass meal. Yay!!!!!
Tuesday, I was kinda in the mood for some Mexican. So I picked out the ONLY DAMN Mexican meal that I printed. ((sigh)) I really looked at it, like...I don't know if this is gonna be good...doesn't sound good. Which is weird because I printed the damn thing. Omg -- it was yet again, so freakin damn good!! Mike came over and tounge'd me down -- he said put this in your keeper box. Yes sir! (I have only made one online recipe that was gar.bage -- and I keep them all in this little box ontop of the fridge ).
Last night, I made my handy-dandy meatloaf (which is an online recipe that I found right before K was born). This recipe is different than the one my mom use to make....you actually put a box of stuffing in it. Well this time I used the Savory Herbs flavor of stuffing. Mmmmmmm!!! Mmmmmm!!! Mmmmmmm!! And I made Red Beans and Rice and some Greens. Oooo, hell, if I was single...I'd have masturbated to some great porn with a bottle of wine and a battery operated toy -- whooooo I'd have loved myself. Lol.
