I'm really really really in to looking around for yummy good recipes.
Last night I made one of the things that I totally love. It's like this beefy casserole. Very easy and simple to make...just great.
Saturday night Mike and I went to Olive Garden after doing much shopping at Target (I dunno how we spent soo much money and came out with soo few bags...smh). Well after watching Top Chef a lot, I've always been curious about this gnocchi stuff they are talking about. So when I saw it on the menu, I had to go ahead and order it.
O.M.G!!!!
I now am TOTALLY in love with gnocchi. Too bad it takes some old ya-ya (grandmother) in Italy to make it correctly. I tried to pull up a trillion different recipes and they all say it's rather difficult to make (hence why the girl last week got kicked off for making WRONG gnocchi).

People are telling me that I need to enter her in contests and all that. I don't know...I'm not really feelin that. I mean, I'd LOVE for my baby to grow up with a silver, blue, gold, and diamond encrusted spoon....but I still want K to be a kid and learn things the hard way (ie the right way). I don't want her over-priveldged...I don't know.
I'm gonna enter her into the Baby Gap contest going on right now, and that's it. Obligation as a parent...FULFILLED!
